Oregon Public Library is a Passport Acceptance Facility
The Oregon Public Library offers Passport Application Processing. Please call the library to set up an appointment with a passport agent. Walk-in appointments are not accepted as there is not always a passport agent available. The library can be reached by calling (815) 732-2724.

Passport Fees
Oregon Public Library Passport Fees
All new passports (using the DS-11 form) will be charged a $35 fee per processed application. There is no processing fee for passports that are being renewed.
Photos can be taken at the library for toddlers-adults at a fee of $15 apiece.
US Department of State Passport Fees
Adult passport book (16+, good for 10 years) – $130
Youth passport (under 16, good for 5 years) – $100
Optional Expedite Fee (all ages) – $60 per passport
