Meetings

1. Regular board meetings to be held on the third Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. unless specified otherwise.

2. Special meetings to be called by the President, the Secretary, or by any four Trustees (75 ILCS 16/30-50(a)). All meetings shall comply with the Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.).

3. Notice of all meetings will be posted publicly at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. If a citizen wishes to add an item to the agenda, the President must be contacted prior to the posting of the agenda.

4. Committee meetings to be called at the discretion of the committee members.

5. Executive Sessions to comply with the law (5 ILCS 120/2(c)).

6. Public comments will be heard and encouraged at the beginning and end of the meeting with a two-minute time limit per person.

7. Meetings may be recorded.
