Immigration Compliance

The Oregon Public Library complies with the requirements of federal immigration law, and for all employees hired after 1988, the Library shall have a properly completed Form I-9, which shall be kept as a part of its permanent personnel records.

Copies of Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) can be obtained through the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service or through the personnel office of your library system.
