Non-Resident Taxpayer

Non-resident taxpayers must present a copy of the tax bill showing Oregon Illinois Public Library District taxes are not included. A non-resident taxpayer card expires in one year and may be renewed when showing a new tax statement.

Non-Resident Renter

Non-resident renters must present a current rent receipt or a cancelled rent check for verification purposes. A non-resident renter card expires in one year and may be renewed when showing a new rent receipt.
