Agnes Valbourg Fromen, “The Dancing Girl,” Marble, c. Early 20th Century

Photograph of a sculpture.

A full female sculpture in semi-closed pose inside a “starburst” pattern in the background. The figure has one foot tucked behind the other leg and arms are crossed over her head. The figure’s hair is splayed behind her as if the wind is sweeping it back. The lower portion of the body is partially covered with a classical-styled cloth. The end of the cloth is flying back in a manner similar to the hair.
